As a global leader in delivering driver safety and compliance solutions, the Lytx brand represents a significant evolution of the DriveCam business and reflects the Company’s mission of harnessing the power of data to change human behavior and help good companies become even better. The Company’s flagship product will now be called DriveCam powered by Lytx™, and the Company will continue to offer the same industry-leading driver safety solutions and service that its clients rely on every day.
