Grakon, Lighting System OEM, Receives 2012 Masters of Quality Award from Daimler Trucks North America

SEATTLE--October 11, 2013: Grakon, LLC announced today that it has received the Daimler Trucks North America Masters of Quality award for 2012.

The Masters of Quality Award is the highest distinction Daimler Trucks North America can give to a supplier, typically to fewer than the top 5%. This award is given to suppliers that consistently exceed quality expectations in many diverse categories. This is Grakon’s 7th time receiving the Masters of Quality Award.

According to Don Bartlett, Grakon’s Director of Quality and Customer Service, “Daimler’s award always brings us great pride because it is a true balanced scorecard from across the Daimler organization which includes ratings on our Product Quality, Warranty, Purchasing, Technology, Aftermarket, Delivery, and even satisfaction ratings from the Accounting department. We have to be stellar in every area of serving the customer.”
