SAN CLEMENTE, CA--Oct. 8, 2013: Leading auto dealer CRM, DealerSocket, is happy to announce they have integrated with Development Systems Group, Inc. (DMT) RAPID! Response for processing dealership leads on behalf of the DealerSocket user. RAPID! Response sends out the first response to online leads, ensuring the lead is not lost. Leads are then sent to the user through DealerSocket, creating Sales Events.

"I am very pleased to offer this integration to our users," said Brad Perry, DealerSocket co-founder and CTO. "DMT's RAPID! Response will be a valuable asset for dealers, ensuring they don't miss out on internet lead first-response follow-ups."

RAPID! Response consolidates online leads from numerous sources and delivers them to a salesperson's desktop or smartphone. The tool contains three powerful aspects: quick direction of leads to the salesperson; professional response messages; and real-time reporting on response quality and speed.
