SORL to Exhibit at EQUIP AUTO 2013

ZHEJIANG, China--Sept. 9, 2013: SORL Auto Parts, Inc. (SORL) ("SORL" or the "Company"), a leading manufacturer and distributor of automotive brake systems as well as other key safety-related auto parts in China, announced today the Company will exhibit its advanced braking products and systems for commercial vehicles at the Equip Auto 2013 tradeshow from October 16-20 at the Paris Nord Exhibition Center. SORL's stand will be located at 4 K 058.

Equip Auto 2013 is a key international aftermarket industry event that brings together manufacturers, distributors and service personnel to highlight the latest products and services, and to develop new relationships. An estimated 1,800 exhibitors will display their products and services with about 75% representing companies from 50 countries. An estimated 125,000 visitors are expected from more than 130 countries.

Ms. Jinrui Yu, SORL's Chief Operating Officer, commented, "We have added greater technology in our products to meet global performance and quality standards, and we look forward to presenting them at this important international exhibition in Europe. International sales represented 27.6% of total sales in 2012 and we believe as the global economy improves over time, foreign markets will be a more important contributor to our growth."
