DEARBORN, MI--Aug. 9, 2013: 2013 marks Ford's seventh consecutive year as title sponsor of the 2013 Neighborhood Awards hosted by Comedian and Best-Selling Author Steve Harvey Ford will present the winner of the "Community Leader of the Year" Award with a check for $30,000 to be used as a donation to his or her non-profit organization of choice Today, Ford kicked off its newest promotion with The Steve Harvey Morning Show—The "And Not Or Game" Sweepstakes on www.steveharvey.com that highlights key features found on the 2013 Ford Fusion, Focus and Escape Additional Ford activities this weekend include an opportunity to drive some of Ford's newest products like the 2013 Ford Fusion during the consumer ride-and-drive experience as well Ford's interactive booth display during The Neighborhood Awards Interactive Expo

This weekend, Ford will continue in its efforts to go further in the community as part of the brand's involvement in the 2013 Ford Neighborhood Awards. This year marks Ford's seventh consecutive year of participation in the annual awards show hosted by Ford Partner, Comedian and Best-Selling Author Steve Harvey.

This year, for the first time, Ford will present the winner of the "Community Leader of the Year Award" with a check for $30,000 to be used as a donation to his or her non-profit organization of choice in order to further community efforts within the winner's hometown.

"The Ford Neighborhood Awards continues to represent a mainstay within the African American community," said Shawn Thompson, manager, Ford multicultural marketing. "Each year this show gets even bigger and for us at Ford we are excited to be able to present this year's 'Community Leader Award' recipient with a check for $30,000 to ultimately give back to their local community. Our goal as a brand is to not only go further when it comes to our products, but also as it relates to our communities. With this award, we are able to play a role in directly impacting the local community of this year's winner, extending our involvement beyond the actual awards show."

Ford's involvement in the 2013 Neighborhood Awards also includes an opportunity for attendees to drive some of the brands newest products like the 2013 Ford Fusion during the Consumer ride-and-drive experience on Friday, August 9th. In addition, attendee's will have the chance to learn more about the brand as part of Ford's interactive booth display during The Neighborhood Awards Interactive Expo. Ford is also the official sponsor of the Ford VIP After Party Hosted by Nephew Tommy on Saturday, August 10.

The Steve Harvey Morning Show "And Not Or Game" Sweepstakes Today, Ford and The Steve Harvey Morning Show are kicking off the "And Not Or Game" Sweepstakes on Steve Harvey. Morning Show listeners will have an opportunity to learn more about key features found on the 2013 Ford Fusion, Focus and Escape and enter for a chance to win a gift card for $1,000 after watching three videos that feature Steve Harvey Morning Show Contributor Junior and the three vehicles. Five Steve Harvey Morning Show listeners will win during the promotion period that culminates on September 5, 2013.
