Today, the regional office employs more than 1,200 associates with sales, customer service, underwriting and claims responsibilities in seven states. Candidates for this management training program are required to have a bachelor's degree in a business related field, or significant business coursework, demonstrated leadership skills, as well as an overall GPA of 3.2 or higher.
