In this role, Susan will lead the customer service and support organization for Dominion DMS, which offers both Dominion ACCESS and DominionDMXTM dealer management systems. She is responsible for all product implementations, F&I customer support operations, resource management, remote setups, training development, implementation, and on-going support strategies.
Susan brings a wealth of knowledge and over 25 years of automotive industry and DMS experience to Dominion Dealer Solutions. Prior to joining Dominion DMS, Susan was Vice President of Client & Associate Training at ADP, where she was responsible for developing and executing the ADP Client and Associate Training Vision. Her initiatives included improving alignment between curriculum designs and training programs, optimizing the knowledge level of ADP associates, and increasing overall client product utilization. Before joining ADP, Susan held various service, customer support, and training positions during her 25-year tenure at Reynolds & Reynolds. Most recently, Susan was the Vice President of Customer Services with complete oversight for North American service operations, which included over 800 associates and 10,000 dealers. She was responsible for leading the North American Field Engineering, Customer Training, Distance Learning Center, F&I Operations Team, as well as the Solutions Consulting Team.
