LFC And Chevrolet Unveil Mighty Red's New Orlando

LUTON, UNITED KINGDOM – April 24, 2013: Chevrolet have donated a Chevrolet Orlando to Liverpool FC mascot Mighty Red so that he can continue his great work throughout the local community, schools and charities.

The vehicle, which has been specifically designed for Mighty and will be known as the Chevrolet Mighty Mobile, was handed over on April 22nd at local Chevrolet dealership Lookers Liverpool.

With its ample-size boot, the Chevrolet Mighty Mobile will give Mighty plenty of room to transport the football equipment, kit, water supplies and photo cards for his fans that accompany him to each of the events he attends. It will also allow him to visit more schools where he leads discussions on important issues with children aged 5-11.

Emma Careless, mascot coordinator, added: “The children are so responsive to everything that Mighty does – he reinforces important messages to them and helps them learn new things every day. Every time Mighty makes an appearance there is a lot of excitement; so I’m sure that seeing his Chevrolet Mighty Mobile approaching will always brighten their day.”
