ZETLAND, AUSTRALIA – April 23, 2013: Audi Australia has launched a new experience for its customers. The ‘Audi Night With the Actors’ (ANWA) series is a bespoke experience designed to bring its customers closer to the brand’s major cultural partner, Sydney Theatre Company, as part of its customer experience program.

The first Night With the Actors event was held on Monday 22 April 2013. Audi customers and special guests enjoyed the critically acclaimed National Theatre of Great Britain’s production of One Man, Two Guvnors, and after the performance, guests were treated to an informal, yet informative question and answer session with the cast on stage.

STC’s Artistic Director, Andrew Upton, hosted the Q&A session.

The ‘Audi Night with the Actors’ concept aims to connect Audi customers who are theatre lovers with the actors and creative minds behind key productions in 2013.

The series forms part of Audi’s larger strategy around ‘customer lifestyle experiences’, offering its owners exclusive access to the numerous and varied activities that make up Audi’s key sponsorship pillars. Theatre, contemporary art, sailing, food, motorsport, film and golf are all covered by Audi’s Lifestyle Experience strategy.

The brand’s other ‘masterclass’ experiences include private sailing lessons with gold medal winning Olympians, cooking insights and classes with renowned chefs and driving tips from racing experts.

Audi Australia’s Managing Director, Andrew Doyle says the concept behind these master classes is simply to delight Audi customers as part of their premium brand experience.

“Audi is a luxury brand and we believe it’s our major point of difference to offer such extraordinary opportunities to our customers to be able to share in the life of our brand sponsorships and ambassadors and the unique opportunities these afford,” Mr Doyle said.

“We want to go beyond offering our customers ‘good service’. We want to amaze and delight them. We want to be able to bring the philosophy and the passion of our Ambassadors to our owners through these master class experiences.”

Audi will co-present the ‘Night With the Actors’ events throughout the 2013 season, including Waiting for Godot starring Audi ambassador Richard Roxburgh.
