TORONTO--April 17, 2013: AlertDriving, the global leader in web-based driver risk management solutions, has recently finalized the launch of a driver safety initiative for DHL in the UAE through its global VAR, MiX Telematics.

“Our global VAR network is able to leverage our global solutions, available in 65 countries and 80 different languages”

DHL will be utilizing AlertDriving's Hazard Perception Evaluation. The program is designed to identify a company's high risk drivers, based on their performance in six core safe driving categories. It identifies specific deficiencies in each individual driver and assigns targeted training to immediately mitigate the risk. This provides DHL with a comprehensive solution to reduce collisions, injuries, costs and liability exposure.

"Our global VAR network is able to leverage our global solutions, available in 65 countries and 80 different languages," said Rob Martin, Vice President, Sales at AlertDriving. "This gives companies like MiX Telematics the flexibility to deliver a best-in-class solution to all of their global clients and prospects as well as a significant revenue stream."

"Fleets are continually looking for ways to centralize and consolidate their safety and training operations. AlertDriving's program allows them to do this on a global scale."
