SYDNEY – April 16, 2013: Mazda Australia has recognised its 16 best performing dealers with the prestigious Master Dealer Excellence Award for delivering the highest standards across a range of competitive categories.

The annual Mazda Master Dealer Awards recognise dealers for their exceptional performance throughout the past year in a number of key areas, including customer satisfaction, dealership facilities, achievement of business targets and compliance with Mazda business standards.

The awards criteria are designed to drive the highest possible dealer standards and to ensure that Mazda customers experience the best possible levels of service.

Outstanding results were achieved across a mix of both metropolitan and regional areas, ensuring Mazda customers have wide access to a professional and dedicated dealer network. Of the 16 winners, six were based regionally with the remaining 10 located in metropolitan areas.

Grand Prix Mazda and Wippells Autos, both from Queensland, again proved why they are considered to be amongst Mazda’s best dealers after being awarded with Master Dealer status for the 19th straight year. Both have been awarded Master Dealer status every year since the award’s inception in 1994.

Mazda Australia managing director Doug Dickson said: “These awards allow us to recognise those in our dealer network that strive for excellence and best business practices, and is our way of supporting those who help us achieve outstanding results year-on-year.”
