Visteon Announces Plans to Conduct Annual Meeting of Shareholders on June 13

VAN BUREN TOWNSHIP, MI--March 4, 2013: Visteon Corporation announced today that the company's board of directors will conduct its 2013 annual shareholders meeting at 11 a.m. EDT on June 13, 2013, at The London NYC hotel in New York City. Further details will be included in the company's proxy materials for the annual meeting, which will be made available in late April 2013.
