BEAULIEU, UNITED KINGDOM – Feb 20, 2013: The organisers of Beaulieu’s famous motoring events are delighted to announce that running alongside its famous Spring Autojumble, on Sunday 19th May, one extra event field will again be dedicated to the very popular annual Spring Old Sodbury Land Rover Sortout which this year will be set up by the Beaulieu Events team.

The Sortout’s founder, Jim Wilkie, said: “After several years of successful collaboration, I am delighted that Beaulieu is taking a more active role in organising the event this year. By combining the Sortout with Beaulieu’s Spring Autojumble, Land Rover enthusiasts get the best of both worlds; a dedicated event for all models of Land Rover in one field, while in the next door field, hundreds more stands to browse through, selling a huge range of motoring parts and accessories.”

Now in its sixth year, the Sodbury Sortout is a giant car boot sale for all things Land Rover. It is usually possible to find just about any part you might need, from Series l right up to Discovery ll, and a whole mountain of stuff you don’t need but are tempted by anyway.

Beaulieu’s Events Manager Judith Maddox commented: “This annual partnership has proved to be a great joint enterprise with both events perfectly complementing each other. The Sortout gives a great boost to Autojumble Sunday and a welcome new audience for the exhibitors in both fields. In taking a more active involvement in the Sortout this year, we hope to build on the past success of the event and will be working to increase the content in future years.”

Sunday admission to the event, which opens at 10am, is 9.70 adult and 7.50 child, less if purchased in advance. In addition to the Old Sodbury Sortout and Spring Autojumble, tickets allow entry to all the Beaulieu attractions including the National Motor Museum, BOND IN MOTION and Palace House.
