DealerSocket Releases Price Alert as a Free Enhancement for CRM Users

SAN CLEMENTE, CA--Jan. 29, 2013: Leading auto dealer CRM DealerSocket (Dealer Socket) continues to innovate, providing auto dealers with new products, tools and enhancements to facilitate user success. DealerSocket announced today the release of Price Alert—a convenient, vehicle price-change-alert enhancement that complements its highly successful CRM product.

Price Alert notifies sales representatives when the retail or internet selling price of a vehicle changes. The Price Alert enhancement is customizable, allowing users to choose who receives retail, internet, or both types of vehicle price changes. This free enhancement also allows users to decide whether they'd like to receive the alert as a dollar amount, a percentage or both. Price Alert is a powerful tool and can be set to notify salespeople at specific points in the sale. A dealer can even decide what information a particular salesperson can know.

DealerSocket created Price Alert to empower salespeople with a valid reason to reach out to customers who didn't buy and entice them to return to the dealership. "The beauty of the Price Alert feature is the intricacy the tool has in handling all types of situations," said Brandon Moss, DealerSocket Product Manager. "It's exciting to see the information tailored for and sent to different salespeople."
