Opel's German Exchange Program: 24-hour Test Drives and Driveaway Pricing Across the Range

SYDNEY – Jan 29, 2013: At Opel, Wir leben Autos - we live cars and now Opel are letting you live with one for 24 hours as part of the German Exchange Program.

Following the success of the “Guten Tag, Australien“ launch campaign developed in conjunction with M&C Saatchi, Opel are starting the new year by letting potential customers experience all Opels for an extended 24-hour test drive.

In addition to the 24-hour test drives, as part of the German Exchange Program, for the first time Opel are offering driveaway pricing across its range with the three-door Corsa leading the way from $16,990.

“We’ve had a solid start in Australia since our launch in September and we’re excited to be starting 2013 with a strong product focused campaign,” Opel Australia Managing Director, Bill Mott said.

“We’ve had a lot of feedback from customers that it is hard to get a real feel for a vehicle when you take it out on such a short test drive from the dealership. Our German Exchange Program gives the customers the opportunity to live and experience our cars in their own environment.

“We think that the combination of the 24-hour test drive experience and the current driveaway pricing offer is one that customers are going to find too good to pass up”, he said.
