BRENTWOOD, UNITED KINGDOM – Dec 12, 2012: Ford has marked this year’s alliteration date – the 12th day of the 12th month in 2012 – with the arrival of its 12th passenger vehicle.

In 1912, Ford’s model range comprised of a single vehicle – the iconic Model T. The 2012 launch of the Tourneo Custom adds a twelfth model to Ford’s passenger vehicle line-up.

Mark Ovenden, Ford UK managing director, said: “Ford continues to invest in its product range, which will offer unrivalled breadth and choice to our customers in the New Year with the addition of the stylish and luxurious Tourneo Custom people mover.

“Since the introduction of our global One Ford strategy in 2006, the company has been able to deliver more vehicles faster to increase its competitiveness still further in 2013.”

Since 2006, Ford has added five all-new car nameplates: S-MAX, Kuga, Grand C-MAX, B-MAX and Tourneo Custom.
