BOTANY – Oct 29, 2012: Skoda Australia’s Director, Matthew Wiesner has decided it’s time to depart after 11 years with Volkswagen Group Australia. The last six years being at Škoda where he took the brand from inception to its present position as one of the fastest growing brands in Australia.

In his time at Škoda Australia, Matthew was instrumental in bringing the brand to Australia and establishing its growing network of dealers.

Recently the brand celebrated its 10,000th vehicle sale in Australia and continues to grow strongly off the back of new products like the Fabia and Yeti with the new Rapid well on its way.
