MAM appoints new staff at North American subsidiaries

MAM Group strengthens personnel with hiring of industry experts

BARNSLEY, England--May 31, 2012: MAM Software Group, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: MAMS) announced today that its North American subsidiaries have appointed five new members of staff to support continued growth in the tire and auto parts aftermarket. Three members of staff have joined the sales and software development teams at Aftersoft Network NA, while another two have recently joined MAM Software Inc's sales and professional services teams.

John Crow has joined Aftersoft Network as a Territory/Channel Sales Representative and will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and continued brand awareness. Mr. Crow brings with him a wealth of industry specific knowledge, from his experience as an entrepreneur/shop owner to many years of selling business software solutions in the automotive aftermarket.

Jim Thomas has been appointed as an Inside Sales Representative at Aftersoft where he will assist in the management of existing accounts and driving new sales opportunities. Mr Thomas joins from Lewis Asset Management where he held a number of operational positions.

Bill Brothers has joined Aftersoft's engineering team as a Software Applications Developer, where he will play a pivotal role in developing emerging technologies within the VAST product portfolio. Mr Brothers' professional experience encompasses many industries including healthcare, marketing, and publishing.

In his role as National Account Manager at MAM Software Inc., John Nehez will be tasked with developing strong long term relationships with key national accounts. He will be responsible for developing new sales opportunities and promoting MAM's Autopart management software as the solution of choice to program groups and their members.

Rick Woolsey has joined MAM's Professional Services team and will provide implementation and support to the growing number of Autopart users. He will help deliver tailored configuration and comprehensive tuition to ensure that customers maximize productivity and take full advantage of their new software.
