The Vehicle Production Group Opens New Distribution Channels

MIAMI--March 30, 2012: Today The Vehicle Production Group LLC (VPG), the Miami, Florida-based manufacturer of the MV-1 wheelchair accessible vehicle, announced that it would begin formal partnerships with traditional bus and mobility dealers to service broader markets in the United States. VPG also announced that it has entered into an Amended and Restated Consulting and Brokerage Agreement with MV Sales & Leasing, Inc. (MVSL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of MV Transportation Inc., pursuant to which MVSL will act as a non-exclusive consultant and broker of the MV-1. MVSL had previously been the exclusive sales agent for the MV-1 in the United States paratransit municipal market.
