The Auburn Cord Duesenberg Automobile Museum has been named one of the "Fab 5 Automobile Destinations" by Old Cars Weekly and one of "America's Greatest Automobile Museums" by Autoweek magazine.

Old Cars Weekly says "The Auburn Cord Duesenberg Automobile Museums is to the hobby as the Sistine Chapel is to Vatican City." The article praises the work of the Auburn Automobile Company while pointing out that after touring the Auburn Cord Duesenberg Automobile Museum, guests can take a few more steps back in time to the National Auto and Truck Museum, where the Corporation prepared the Cord L-29 models.

"The Auburn Cord Duesenberg Automobile is an amazingly special place for automobile hobbyists and enthusiasts, historians and educators. It is unique from other automobile museums in that much of the history and stories we are sharing with our visitors happened in this building," stated Kendra Klink, Operations Director. "Guests can walk the same hallways of automobile design legends like Gordon Buehrig or Alan Leamy, savvy businessmen like E.L. Cord, engineering experts like Herbert Snow or exporters like Robert Wiley. "The Museum really does offer something for everyone," Klink continued.
