The TrimTech business unit has developed several new technologies, engineered to offer customers more design flexibility than ever, while improving overall comfort."

The ComfortZone dual hardness head restraint is a significant advancement to enhance comfort while reducing components and cost. This technology eliminates the topper pad and non-value added labor, while improving craftsmanship, providing crisper perimeter definition and targeting firmness in a one-step manufacturing process.

DecoSkin alternative trim technologies offer natural looking, durable, Class A surface treatments, over an adjustable firmness foam core, in a one piece design. Available in three treatment options including; Spray Skin, Integral Skin and Vacuum Form Vinyl processes, DecoSkin products offer a more affordable alternative to secondary trim operations, and are an ideal solution for complex styling challenges.

TrimLine solutions offer improved comfort, fit and finish for ultra-thin profile parts. This high resiliency foam is engineered for sleek interior components and provides a more luxurious feel, even in very small package spaces, such as consoles and door panel pads.

TrimStyle foam-in-place capabilities, address the challenges of components with complex geometries and tight dimensional tolerances. This advanced foam process offers solutions for: deep draw contours, vertical walls, sharp corners and edges, concave, convex and undercut shapes, foam-in-place over large inserts, foam injection without venting and no twist trim.

TrimTech products are offered in Foam-In-Place, Foam and Assembly and Foam only options. Key system advantages include: improved comfort, cost savings, mass reductions, superior design flexibility, enhanced quality and craftsmanship and quick prototyping. Utilizing a complete solutions driven approach, TrimTech solutions integrate and optimize all aspects of today's challenging interior soft trim development and manufacture.
