RelayRides: Sharing GM Cars with a Mobile Phone App!
RelayRides and GM are teaming up to make car-sharing the easiest and most accessible it's ever been. Through a groundbreaking technology integration, RelayRides is partnering with OnStar to allow RelayRides borrowers to unlock GM cars with their mobile phones through a mobile app.

Mobile Connectivity on Four Wheels Study!

The prototype applications demonstrate: Streaming Content The 4G LTE connection provides drivers and passengers access to streaming content, including music, videos, games and news, from their home computer or via a popular streaming service.

CUE Cadillac User Experience: Talk to Your Cadillac!
Easy to Use Industry First Controls! CUE merges intuitive design with industry-first controls and commands for information and entertainment data accessible by a LCD touch screen. CUE utilizes natural voice recognition, fewer buttons, larger icons, an uncluttered screen layout, and greater options for customization. For example, most of today's luxury cars have approximately 20 buttons controlling the radio and entertainment functions: CUE reduces that number to just 4 buttons!

CUE allows drivers to safely store such mobile devices as a smart phone or iPod - and channel the information on those devices, along with navigation tools, weather maps with Doppler radar, AM/FM radio, instant messages, and emails through a central portal in the vehicle - allowing the driver to keep their hands on the wheel and eyes on the road.

Celebrities Praise OnStar and New Technology!
Entertainers such as Wayne Brady and Greg Grunberg shared their love of hi-tech gadgets with their fans via enthusiastic Twitteer missives, which they sent from the OnStar Tweethouse party on Wednesday evening.

OnStar looks forward to a future of bringing additional technological innovations to consumers worldwide to make "connectivity" easier and more accessible.
