MAPLE CROSS, UNITED KINGDOM – Dec 6, 2011: Renault has added yet another 2011 UK fleet win to its burgeoning customer base, this time with Interserve, the international support services and construction group, who have taken delivery of an initial 120 new Renault vehicles for its nationwide fleet.

Interserve has awarded a contract to Renault UK for the supply of more than 400 LCVs following an extensive tender process and review of their commercial vehicle fleet. The new fleet includes the full Renault van range of Kangoo, Trafic and Master, all with the distinctive Interserve livery.

Steven Danks, Senior Buyer for Soft Services at Interserve, said: “This deal with Renault ensures we are getting the best deal, not only for our business, but also for our clients. When you consider the size of our fleet, the cost of purchase, road tax and fuel, costs can really add up. We were therefore attracted to Renault as they were not only able to significantly reduce these costs but were also able to provide top-of-the-range vehicles for our employees.”

Darren Payne, Renault UK Fleet and Commercial Vehicle Operations Director, said: “It’s been a pleasure to hand over these vehicles to Interserve – as Europe’s number one light commercial vehicle brand, naturally we trust both the company and its drivers will benefit from running our award-winning range, with its impressive fuel economy, reliability, safety and practicality.”
