Dana Holding to Participate in the Bank of America Merrill Lynch 2011 Leveraged Finance Conference

MAUMEE, OH--Nov. 14, 2011:  Dana Holding Corporation will participate in the Bank of America Merrill Lynch 2011 Leveraged Finance Conference on Nov. 30, 2011.

Dana's Chief Financial Officer, Jim Yost, will provide a brief overview of the company and answer questions for approximately 30 minutes, beginning at 2:40 p.m., EST.
