Majestic Steel USA's Susan Suvak Named "CFO of the Year"

CLEVELAND--Oct. 27, 2011: Susan Suvak, chief financial officer of Majestic Steel USA, was named "CFO of the Year" in the Large Private Company category this week by Crain's Cleveland Business magazine.

The CFO of the Year Awards, presented by Crain's Cleveland Business magazine, honor Northeast Ohio's leading financial officers for their outstanding fiscal leadership and asset management. Nominees must hold a Chief Financial Officer or equivalent position within a company or organization within a Northeast Ohio county. Nominations are then judged by an independent panel of financial professionals who choose finalists based on the CFO's contributions to their company's overall growth, commitment to good ethics, effective reporting and involvement in the community.

Susan joined Majestic in 1998 and has been instrumental in the company's ascent to a leadership position in the steel industry. She directs the company's financial operations including accounting, budgeting, risk, tax and treasury.
