GM Financial to Webcast Conference Call on Third Quarter Operating Results

FORT WORTH, TX--October 25, 2011: GENERAL MOTORS FINANCIAL COMPANY, INC. ("GM Financial" or the "Company") will release its third quarter 2011 operating results on Wednesday, November 9, 2011, at approximately 7:30 a.m. EST. A conference call for fixed income investors to discuss the results will begin at noon EST.

The conference call will be broadcast live for all interested parties via the Company's website at Americredit. It is necessary to go to the Company's website to register, download and install any required audio software prior to the call. For those who cannot listen to the live broadcast, a replay will be available shortly after the call has concluded.
