Pennsylvania Governor Corbett to Sign Bill to Strengthen Teen Driver Safety and Training

Governor Tom Corbett will sign House Bill 9 at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 25 at Harrisburg High School, 2451 Market Street, Harrisburg.

The bill, also known as "Lacey's Law," makes changes to state law aimed at helping junior drivers receive more comprehensive training, minimizingc young driver distraction by limiting the number of passengers they may carry and improving general safety through improvements to passenger restraint laws.
