Marco Simoncelli MotoGP Racer Dies in Malaysian Crash +VIDEO

SEPANG, Malaysia - October 23, 2011: Sad news comes from the Sepang race track in Malaysia. Italian rider Marco Simoncelli, died in the collision in the second lap on Sunday afternoon.

The MotoGP series 17 in Sepang, Malaysia, had to be stopped while in the second round. Marco Simoncelli was unconscious, and immediately taken to the hospital.

Simoncelli fell, his helmet off, and thrown off his motorcycle struck the driver once dropped Ducati rider Colin Edwards and Valentino Rossi. Edward also fell because of his motorcycle hit a moving motor Simoncelli wild, but able to rise. While Rossi although not falling, but was forced off the track. Simoncelli seen motionless.
