Demand for luxury vehicles has skyrocketed in Gulf countries in the first semester of 2011, and this trend is expected to continue through the end of the year and into 2012. The Infiniti QX is at the forefront of Infiniti Middle East's premium luxury car line-up. Infiniti Middle East launched the Infiniti QX in July 2010, which resulted in 9% segment share in its first year of introduction. The demand has likely been fuelled by profits from oil prices which have reached around $100 a barrel and an increase in the number of high-end vehicles entering the market.
