Citroen Sailors Join Team Gb For Olympics In 2012

PARIS – Sept 21, 2011: Citroen welcomes the news that sailors Iain Percy and Andrew Simpson will be competing at next year’s Olympic Games. The gold medal-winning pair join nine other sailors as the first official members of Great Britain’s 2012 Olympic team. Citroën has been Official Car Supplier to Iain and Andrew since 2009.

Star Class competitors, Percy and Simpson were named amongst the first athletes to officially join the ranks of Team GB. Iain and Andrew have been friends since the age of seven and sailing partners since 2007, winning gold at the 2008 Beijing Olympics and 2010 Star World Championships.
