Hyundai UAE to Participate in the First "World Service Advisor" Contest

DUBAI--September 21, 2011:

Hyundai UAE, one of the leading companies of Juma Al Majid group is participating in "Hyundai Local Service Advisor Contest" in Korea.

18th September 2011 marks the day for the Hyundai Local Service Advisor contest, on this day Juma Al Majid chooses the best local service advisor for 2011 to represent Hyundai UAE at the first World Service Advisor contest in Korea. The contest will be held every two years starting next year, this year being a trial event.

Winners will be given full certification and an award which aims at motivating the service advisors, enhances their skills in customer support and hone their knowledge.

The competition consists of two parts, a written test and a simulation test .The written test held at Ras Al Khor Training Center in Dubai covering topics such as Hyundai CS Innovation, Hyundai Service Advisor Consulting programs, in addition to general technical subjects and details about Hyundai. The simulation test held at Quick Lube reception area at Juma Al Majid Ras Al Khor workshop includes role playing covering Customer Support, Service Advisor Consulting and Customer Vehicles Receiving.

Sixteen service advisors from 10 local dealers across the UAE were pre-selected from the results of Hyundai Service Advisor Annual Qualification Test in order to compete against each other to win the honor of "The Best Service Advisor of 2011" and get a chance to represent Juma Al Majid Establishment in the first World Service Advisor Contest in Korea scheduled on the last quarter of next year.
