Copart to Webcast Fourth Quarter Fiscal 2011 Results

FAIRFIELD, CA--September 16, 2011: Copart, Inc. announced today that it will release earnings for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2011 after the close of market on Tuesday, September 20, 2011.

On Wednesday, September 21, 2011 a conference call will be held at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time (8 a.m. Pacific) to discuss the results and answer questions regarding the company's performance for the quarter and fiscal year ended July 31, 2011.

The call will be webcast live and can be accessed at Webcast . It will be available for replay through the same URL through October 21, 2011.
