Lucas Oil Off Road - Canidae Off Road Nationals Sat.Sept. 17th

This Saturday, September 17th, at 1:30 PM EST. (10:30 AM PST.) don't miss Round 10 of the exciting Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series on CBS Sports. The CANIDAE Off Road Nationals, Presented by Rockstar Energy will feature intense racing action from the Pro-4 and Pro-2 divisions at Glen Helen International Raceway in San Bernardino, CA. This event weekend is highlighted by the racing action conducted in the late summer evening and under the lights.

This special CBS Sports Presentation will include the Pro-4 Unlimited Truck Class and a stacked field of fearless wheelmen like points leader Carl Renezeder, defending champion Rick Huseman, Adrian "Wild Man" Cenni, and the legendary LeDuc Clan all charging hard at every corner. Off Road Racing veteran Greg Adler also makes his debut into the division. The 4WD trucks racing door-to-door and bashing bumpers are some of the most thrilling in motorsports.

The Pro-2 division and premiere class in the Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series, will also be included in the block of racing action on CBS Sports presented by Toyota. The 2011 season is nearing the championship and the points race is up in the air for just about anyone to claim. Rookie Driver Brian Deegan comes into this event leading the division and still hot with a new X-Games Gold Medal in Rally Cross, Deegan wants to continue his streak of podium finishes. Robby Woods has been the most consistent driver in the class and is determined to obtain that first podium win. Rodrigo Ampudia and name brand talent like Carl Renezeder, Jeremy McGrath, Rob MacCahren are all standing in the way. Glen Helen's Short Course Track is tight and fast. Five corners featuring tight hairpin corners, steep banked turns, and high speed sweepers to big air table tops and a deep un-rhythm whoop section, Every CBS Sports fans and motorsports enthusiasts tuning in will be treated to the best off road racing action and truck loads of carnage.
