Dana Holding Corporation Announces Time Change for the UBS Frankfurt Auto Show Investor Conference on September 14

MAUMEE, Ohio--Sept. 12, 2011: The time that Dana Holding Corporation is scheduled to present at the UBS Frankfurt Auto Show Investor Conference on September 14, 2011, in Frankfurt, Germany, has been changed. The new time for the company's presentation will be 4:15 a.m. EDT (10:15 a.m. CEST), and a replay will be made available for anyone unable to participate at that time.

As previously announced, Dana's President and Chief Executive Officer Roger Wood and Chief Financial Officer Jim Yost will provide a brief overview of the company and answer questions for approximately 45 minutes.

Information on accessing the webcast and replay will be posted to Dana's Investor website (Dana Investor) prior to the event.
