STERLING, VA--August 31, 2011--SkyBitz, the leader in remote asset tracking and information management solutions, today announced that Brown Trucking, an industry leading regional dedicated truckload carrier, is adding 1,500 more of SkyBitz's GLS mobile terminals for their fleet.

“We continue to see more and more benefits from being able to locate our trailers instantly to free up more capacity within our system. As a result we've decided to expand our partnership with SkyBitz”

Since first placing orders with SkyBitz, Brown Trucking has continued to grow its business both organically and through acquisition and therefore has decided to add SkyBitz GLS trailer tracking solutions to the rest of its fleet of trailers. After installing SkyBitz solutions, Brown has achieved more efficiencies and optimization of its business operations, resulting in a lower cost of ownership of the solution. Ease of installation, deployment and maintenance due to the design and longevity of the tracking device were also attractive features in the overall SkyBitz solution that Brown has selected for its entire fleet.

"We continue to see more and more benefits from being able to locate our trailers instantly to free up more capacity within our system. As a result we've decided to expand our partnership with SkyBitz," said Brian Kinsey, President, Brown Trucking.

"We are thrilled Brown Trucking has chosen SkyBitz to grow along side with its business by recommitting to our solutions for trailer tracking and monitoring. Their adoption of our solutions to their entire fleet is proof of the powerful return on investment SkyBitz has to offer transportation companies," said SkyBitz Senior Vice President of Sales Henry Popplewell.
