SPENCER PIGOT, #8 TEAM MAZDASPEED/SKIP BARBER CAR

Secured his second podium of the weekend, finishing in second place

"My first lap was really good. After that, I fell down a bit but quickly got back up to the lead. For the first few laps, we had a lead of a few seconds. However, this meant when the rain hit, we were going into the wet spots first and I fell back to third. With the full-course yellow, we came to pit and then had a good restart to finish in second place. Overall, the MAZDASPEED/Skip Barber team had good results this weekend, but we definitely wanted that win today. We'll go into Baltimore for the final rounds and try to get a couple of wins for the championship."

ZACH VEACH, #7 TEAM ZAKOSI DATA BACKUP CAR

Finished the rain-shortened race in fifth place

"Andretti Autosport started the race one-two, so we were hoping for a good race today. On the pace lap, it started to rain a bit already and we lost a couple of spots, just from trying to be cautious. The rain picked up on the back side of the track and by the time we came around, it was a downpour. I just tried to avoid cars but my car got loose and dropped back. We came back in and they held us to put on rain tires. When we went back out, I went from eight to fifth in one lap. If we would have had more time, I think we could have gained a few more spots in the Team Zakosi Data Backup car. I'm looking forward to the next couple of weeks-a lot of racing and hopefully a good finish to the season."
