AUBURN HILLS, MI--Aug. 19, 2011 -- Chrysler Group LLC announced today the opening of South Miami FIAT in Miami, Fla.

South Miami FIAT joins more than 100 open FIAT Studios across the United States. A three-month renovation project transformed this former used car dealership into a striking new FIAT Studio at 17220 South Dixie Highway.

The dealer, Jay Rivchin, has opened South Miami FIAT less than a mile from his existing Dadeland Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, and Ram Truck dealership.

There now are 12 open FIAT Studios throughout the state of Florida, with more openings planned in the coming weeks.

Rivchin serves on the National Association of Minority Automobile Dealers board of directors and is second vice president of the Chrysler Minority Dealers Association.
