SECAUCUS, NJ--August 19, 2011: Global Ground Automation (GGA), a Rearden Commerce company, today announced a partnership with UK-based BTR, an independent ground transportation outsourcing service. Fulfilling the ground transportation needs of GGA clients with offices across Europe and Asia, the partnership will enable GGA to provide its clients with a fully-outsourced ground transportation offering, via a vetted network of 700 providers in Europe and an additional 500 in Asia. This provider network will be incorporated into GGA's GDS, CBT and corporate intranet booking tools, giving clients a simple and efficient way to manage or outsource their ground transportation needs around the world.

“The partnership with GGA brings an exciting new era to BTR -- with new functionality, such as GDS connection, giving more choice and added value to our clients, both existing and new.”

"Many GGA clients are multinational, and are looking for ways to drive savings and efficiency as they book ground transportation for employees and clients around the world," said Gregg Tuccillo, President, Global Ground Automation. "Through our partnership with BTR, GGA can now offer a fully-outsourced system with a single point of access to an international provider portfolio."

With this partnership, GGA now offers access to nearly 35,000 ground transportation service providers across the United States, Europe and Asia. With a single point of access for booking, MI and invoicing, businesses can better manage or outsource their land transportation needs in terms of cost, environmental concerns and corporate social responsibility. Clients can also apply their travel policies by leveraging 'business rules' within the platform.

Simon Pugh, Chief Executive Officer, BTR, added, "The partnership with GGA brings an exciting new era to BTR -- with new functionality, such as GDS connection, giving more choice and added value to our clients, both existing and new."
