IRVINE, CA--Aug. 15, 2011: Today, AutoAlert, Inc., the innovator in providing data analytic and lead generation tools to the Automotive Industry announced that effective August 23, 2011 the United States Patent and Trademark Office has granted a second United States Patent for methods and processes integrated in its AutoAlert® software systems. This Patent Number (#8,005,752) follows on the heels of an earlier Patent (#7,827,099) received in November of last year. "We recognized early on that our ideas are unique and that AutoAlert should take steps to secure patent protection." said Mr. Jeffrey S. Cotton, cofounder of AutoAlert and twenty five year veteran in the automotive industry. The company expects to receive two additional patents before the end of the year 2011.

Since its beginning in 2002 AutoAlert, Inc. developed and improved software supported processes and practices which when implemented create more new and used car sales, more gross profit, more warranty sales, better CSI scores (customer satisfaction index), vastly improved customer loyalty and much more. "We are proud of our unique technology but are equally focused on the delivery of the very best training and support in the industry. Without the highly talented support people at AutoAlert, the highest level of consistent training, robust technical and customer support, we are just another program that will eventually collect dust." said, Boyd H. Warner AutoAlert's President and CEO. "We partner with our clients and are not satisfied until our dealer clients are thrilled with the results they are getting with AutoAlert."

Today nearly 1000 automotive dealerships and over 8000 individual users have benefited from added sales, profits, commissions and individualized support and training that come with each AutoAlert® installation.

Founded in 2002, AutoAlert, Inc is the first and only company to offer dealership and enterprise business intelligence software, support and training of its kind.

AutoAlert® is a registered trademark of AutoAlert, Inc. . ServiceAlert, MileageAlert, WarrantyAlert, ConquestAlert, MaintenanceAlert, FlexAlert, are trademarks of AutoAlert, Inc.  in the United States and/or other countries.
