Aviation - Eclipse Aerospace Anticipates Brazilian Type Certificate Validation Soon

Sao Paulo, August 13, 2011: Eclipse Aerospace, Inc. is pleased to announce the expected Brazilian Type Certificate Validation of the Total Eclipse Jet. Making its first appearance at the 8th Annual Latin America Business Aviation Conference and Exhibition (LABACE), Eclipse Aerospace plans to announce full Type Certificate Validation by mid-September of this year.

Eclipse has been working very closely with the Brazilian Agência Nacional de Aviação Civil (ANAC) since April 2011 to validate the United States Federal Aviation Agency (FAA) Eclipse Jet Type Certificate.

Eclipse Aerospace currently offers the Total Eclipse Twin-Engine Jet configured with the all-new Avio Integrated Flight Management System (IFMS) and certified for flight into known icing (FIKI).
