Mercedes-Benz Financial Services Ranks Highest in All Three Segments in the Annual J.D. Power and Associates Dealer Financing Satisfaction Study

FARMINGTON HILLS, MI--July 29, 2011: Mercedes-Benz Financial Services USA LLC captured the highest satisfaction rankings in all three major categories of the just-released J.D. Power and Associates 2011 Dealer Financing Satisfaction Study(SM).

Dealers for the first time ranked Mercedes-Benz Financial Services highest in the Retail Leasing Category as the premium captive scored highest in three of the four factors in that category: Vehicle Return Process; Sale Representative Relationship; and Finance Provider Offering.  

The company also scored highest in the Floor Planning category, ranking highest in two of the three factors: Floor Plan Portfolio Management and Financial Provider Credit Line. Mercedes-Benz Financial Services scored 959 in the Prime Retail Credit category, finishing in a tie.
