FYI: Honda Buyer's Guide

TORRANCE, CA--June 6, 2011: Voting opens today on the Honda Civic Facebook page for the Sounds of Civic competition. The creative songwriting competition encourages Facebook fans to submit and vote for original songs inspired by each of the five 2012 Civic models; the Sedan, Coupe, SI, HF or Hybrid. Using Honda's most iconic car as the muse, dozens of musicians have submitted original tunes for the Sounds of Civic via an interactive Facebook Application at Sounds Of Civic Facebook

Starting today, the Sounds of Civic transforms into an interactive voting destination where Honda Civic Facebook fans decide which artists move on to the Top 8. These finalists will each win $2,500 in music gear from Sam Ash Music Stores. Of those 8, one talented winner will drive away in a brand new 2012 Honda Civic and perform live on a 2011 Honda Civic Tour date in Los Angeles.

Honda fans stay up to date on all things Sounds of Civic on the Honda Civic Facebook Page as well as the #SoundsofCivic hashtag on Twitter.
