Eaton to Participate in the KeyBanc Industrial, Automotive & Transportation Conference on June 1

CLEVELAND--May 20, 2011: Diversified industrial manufacturer Eaton Corporation today announced that Richard H. Fearon, Eaton vice chairman and chief financial and planning officer, will participate in the KeyBanc Industrial, Automotive & Transportation Conference in Boston on June 1, 2011. The purpose of the Eaton presentation is to discuss the company's business prospects with securities analysts and institutional investors.
