DARTFORD, UNITED KINGDOM – May 6, 2011: The series of senior management changes at Mazda Motors UK continues with the appointment of David Wilson-Green to the role of Aftersales Director. He joined Mazda in 2002 and most recently held the position of National Sales Manager.

“David brings an excellent and deep understanding of our network partners to this role and will further develop our strategies to optimise this key aspect of our business. He is well known to Mazda dealer staff and, coupled with his experience as UK Brand Manager, will lead the department to great things,” comments Jeremy Thomson, Managing Director, Mazda UK.

Before joining Mazda as Brand Manager, Wilson-Green had started his career at Massey Ferguson, before progressing through Kia UK, the MCL Group (the Mazda distributor pre-dating MMUK), and as marketing manager at JCB.

David lists his leisure-time activities as distance cycling, walking his Border Collie and spending time with his family. Now aged 44, he is married with six year old twin boys.

Wilson-Green’s appointment follows the recent promotion of previous Aftersales Director Steve Jellis to the role of Fleet and Remarketing Director.
