HOUSTON--May 4, 2011: ONTILITY announces its first training class for those interested in designing and installing electric vehicle charging stations from General Electric and becoming a Certified GE EV Charging Station Installer. This training is offered as part of a recently announced partnership between GE and ONTILITY establishing ONTILITY as the national distributor for GE EV Charging Stations. The first two-day class, GE EV 101, will be held at the ONTILITY Training Center in Houston on May 23-24, 2011.

Adding GE EV Charging Stations to commercial and government buildings, parking facilities, hotels and restaurants, airports and car dealerships, schools, hospitals and other locations is a rapidly emerging sector of the clean tech economy. Businesses which establish themselves now as qualified to configure and complete the installation of GE EV Charging Stations stand to benefit from the growing EV market.

The GE EV 101 course offered by ONTILITY will prepare participants to explain the features and benefits associated with adding GE EV Charging Stations to a specific property.
