Carly Escritt Joins The Kia Press Team!

WEYBRIDGE, UNITED KINGDOM – May 4, 2011: Kia Motors (UK) Ltd is delighted to announce that Carly Escritt has joined the Press Team as Press Officer to handle the day to day running of the Press Fleet, bringing the department back up to full complement.

Carly, 25, joined the company in 2004 and has moved across from Kia’s Aftersales & Logistics team after seven years working as Aftersales Administrator and Internal Fleet Coordinator.

As Press Officer – alongside Sara Drummond-Bell & Matthew Bendall – she will be involved in all aspects of Kia’s media relations activities and will report to Communications Director, Stephen Kitson.

Carly said: “I have had a great seven years working closely with all my internal and external customers and have learned so much which will prove to be invaluable in the future. I am sad to be leaving that behind, but I am absolutely delighted to be a part of the brand’s exciting and dynamic future.”

Kitson commented: “Carly has played an important role in many of our media events helping get the right cars to the right places and the right time! Now she will be doing that for all our friends in the media.”
