Capital Automotive LLC Declares Quarterly Preferred Unit Distributions

MCLEAN, VA--April 29, 2011: Capital Automotive LLC (the "Company"), the nation's leading specialty finance company for automotive retail real estate, today announced that its Board of Managers has declared a dividend for the period commencing February 1, 2011 and ending April 30, 2011 of $0.46875 per Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Unit of the Company, payable on May 16, 2011 to holders of record as of May 2, 2011.

The Board of Managers has also declared a dividend for the period commencing February 1, 2011 and ending April 30, 2011 of $0.50 per Series B Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Unit of the Company, payable on May 16, 2011 to holders of record as of May 2, 2011.
