DARLINGTON, April 22, 2011: The Darlington Raceway ticket office has extended their operating hours to allow fans additional opportunities to purchase tickets. From now until the SHOWTIME Southern 500, the ticket office will be open Saturdays and Sundays, excluding Easter Sunday.

The extended hours include Saturdays from 9:00am until 5:00pm and Sundays from 1:00pm until 4:00pm.

“In an effort to make buying tickets an easier process for the fans, we have extended our operating hours,” said Darlington Raceway President, Chris Browning. “In particular, the weekend hours are beneficial to our fans whose work schedules prevent them from being able to get over to the office during the week.”

Darlington Raceway has introduced new fan-friendly ticket options including expanded family sections in all grandstands as well as the half price tickets for youths 17 and under.
