BRENTWOOD, UNITED KINGDOM – March 25, 2011: Ford C-MAX and Grand C-MAX were voted "New Company Car of the Year 2011" as well as "Best People Carrier" at the Fleet News Awards.

Fleet News' panel of industry judges said: "The new Ford C-Max and Grand C-Max stand out thanks to clever and flexible seating and sliding rear passenger doors in a highly competitive sector with a range of new entrants."

Cars were judged on a range of criteria, including operating costs (depreciation, fuel, servicing, maintenance and repair etc) and suitability for their use as business cars. The "New Company Car of the Year" accolade was decided by fleet operator readers of Fleet News.

A similar criteria was used by Parkers who, on the basis of list price combined with running costs, recently announced Ford C-MAX 1.6 TDCi Titanium as the multi-purpose vehicle winner when determining the "cars that makes your cash go further".
