LIPPSTADT, GERMANY – September 3, 2010: As a part of this year's lighting campaign, Hella is providing dealers with a powerful package tailor-made to different target groups, such as passenger cars, truck and trailers, agricultural vehicles and workshops. Information on the issue of lighting will be available from the end of September 2010, in printed form or online. For car drivers for example, there are posters and flyers inviting drivers for a light test and explaining recent innovations in the headlamp and combination rear light technologies. For truck and trailers, a 100 page plus brochure has all our major top products: Headlights, auxiliary lights, reversing and worklights, daytime running lights, single and multifunctional lights, beacons, and the EasyConn system. Special emphasis is placed on LED and Xenon technology in this area. The site also covers the following areas Electrical- and electronic systems, thermal management, mirrors and tools for 24 Volt applications. There are also useful tips for assembly, technical information and a short video explaining the Hella advantages for truck & trailer. Of particular relevance for agricultural machinery, the illumination properties of various working lights can be viewed online in real-life working situations from the start of September: In seemingly realistic landscapes, the luminous range and width of the headlight and light intensity is shown (www.hella.com/eliver). There is also something new for Hella Service Partner workshops in the form of the Hella online know-how tool. It shows how a headlamp levelling works and the technologies that lie behind it; workshops can also call up technical information and brochures to expand their knowledge in this area. There is also a Lighting brochure offering practical responses to potential customer questions.
